Special Ordering Patio Furniture

Purchasing new patio furniture can be almost as overwhelming as buying new living room furniture. Once your new deck or patio landscaping is complete, you might find that your old furniture just doesn’t cut it. Whether it's outdated, broken, or simply doesn’t suit the new space, it's time to consider an update.

If you’re envisioning a specific look and can’t find it in our showroom, consider special ordering to get exactly what you envision. This process is easy and surprisingly quick, given that your cushions are made just for you. When visiting the showroom, it is important to keep an open mind and explore the available collections. Decide if you prefer wicker, rope, or aluminum frames. Don’t be deterred by a fabric colour or texture—take the time to sit on the furniture and evaluate its comfort and fit. Do you feel comfortable, or is it too deep or shallow? Does it suit your purpose? Do you prefer the swivel or stationary options available?

Ask about frame colour options, as some collections offer various finishes. For instance, two of our suppliers provide a wide range of frame colours and finishes, in addition to fabric or sling options. These are completely custom pieces made specifically for you.

Once you’ve chosen your frames, we’ll guide you through the fabric options from that supplier. We’re happy to help you navigate fabric books and discuss different grades offered. Our suppliers manufacture cushions in their own North American workrooms using high-quality fabrics and foam. The product details of each supplier can be seen in examples of their lines in the showroom.

Depending on the supplier, your wait time will be between 6 and 8 weeks. Now is a great time to make decisions, as you’ll have your new furniture ready to enjoy in the fall and be all set for next spring!
