Lifestyle Boutique Returns

Please note that all items purchased from Lifestyle Boutique are non-refundable. In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, we will offer either an exchange or store credit.

We cannot accept returns or issue store credit or exchanges for items that are:

  • Not in their original condition
  • Damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returned more than 14 days after the date of purchase

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@shopthelake.ca.

Shipping

If your return is accepted, to return your product you should mail to: 1525 Chemong Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 6X2 with a trackable shipping service. A tracking number is required for our reference.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of original shipping will be deducted.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
